A retrospective sight from the mid-20^th century till the beginning of the 21^st century can only divulge the magnitude of the tremendous transformation at the level of the human historical experience, as features of a new era seem to form at the level of the universal condition related to the human existence. These features come together in one space “crisis space”, which goes beyond a mere theoretical reflection to the level of practical management. It is obvious that each era has its own crises, yet today the paradox is grounded upon the reflection of these multiple crises, all at once, on the state of sciences and human as well (health, environment, demographic growth and terrorism crisis). More informations

Une rétrospective des événements qui se sont déroulés depuis la moitié du siècle dernier à nos jours, ne peut que révéler un constat, une évidence qui saute aux yeux : la dynamique temporelle ne cesse de s’accélérer, et avec ceci, la condition même de l’homme se voit « transformée ». Il va sans dire qu’une nouvelle ère débute, une ère où l’Homme en tant qu’élément insignifiant tente de se replacer dans le cosmos. Une quête traduite par un rapport des plus complexes avec les crises qui se suivent, s’enchainent, s’enchevêtrent. C’est donc à travers l’exploration et la critique de la crise comme « sphère », qui ne se traduirait pas seulement par une énième tentative de prévoir une solution pratique voire technique sous-tendue par une réflexion des plus théoriques. Plus d'informations

إن المتأمل لحركة الزمن المتسارعة بدءا من منتصف القرن الماضي إلى غاية مطلع الألفية الثالثة سرعان ما يدرك حجم"الانقلاب" الهائل على مستوى تجربة الإنسان التاريخية، حيث بدت تتشكل ملامح عهد جديد على مستوى الشرط الكوني للوجود الإنساني.ملامح تلتقي في فضاء واحد هو "فضاء الأزمة"، فضاء.يتعدى مجرد التدبر النظري إلى مستوى التدبير العملي، وإذا كان من الثابت أن يكون لكل عصر أزماته. فالمفارقة اليوم تقوم على انعكاس هذه الأزمات المتعددة وفي دفعة واحدة، على وضع كل من العلوم والإنسان معا  (أزمة الصحة، أزمة البيئة، أزمة النمو الديمغرافي، أزمة الإرهاب...)  أن تفلت كلية عن سيطرة  علوم التقنية في مراحلها الأكثر  تقدما، يشهد على ذلك حالة التخبط التي يعيشها إنسان القرن الواحد والعشرين بصدد اتخاذ القرارات الملائمة لحسن إدارة مثل هذه  الأزمات على هدي أهل الخبرة والاختصاص في مجالات الصحة والبيئة والتكنولوجيا الحيوية وغيرها، وكذا الشعوربالعجز  أمام
المد الجارف "للأزمات الكونية" التي باتت تهدد الإنسان في صميم كينونته كإنسان
